Hello! I’m Sejal Gupta, a dedicated yoga practitioner and instructor enriched by a diverse background in physical training and spiritual growth. I have honed my skills at renowned institutions, including a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher Training at Boston University and cultural studies at the Gayatri Gyan Kendra of Long Island. In addition to my yoga expertise, I am a proud black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing, with over a decade of training at Tiger Schulmann's. This unique blend of disciplines enables me to incorporate strength, discipline, and mindfulness into my teachings, offering a holistic approach to wellness that empowers and inspires my students.
